Hey gang! It's been a solid month since we've shared an update with you all and so much has been happening. Got a cold drink and some bagel bites? Good. Here's the scoop:
Gettin' Connected
For a few months now we've been sharing info with you online, through the blog and website. But now we're going pro status with a mailing address and phone line. If you want to send us a letter, donation, or love note with Lisa Frank stickers in the margin, just shoot your stuff to:
Broadway In The Park
P.O. Box 3088
El Segundo, CA 90245
And for those of you who long to talk to a real live robot on the phone, you can call our new phone number:
(310) 954-1425
...and listen to a recorded version of me giving you voicemail options. Haha. Actually, if you call between the hours of 10am and 4pm on a weekday, it will route you to my cell phone and we can talk the day away. Or answer your questions. Whichever.
Speaking of Coffee
This month we are debuting a new event series, Broadway In The Park Coffee Parties. These fun little events get the community together at someone's house to watch live performances, enjoy some coffee and dessert, and see a presentation on BITP and what its all about. We're really excited to share this vision with the community and I'm excited to dance around like a nine year-old explaining how cool the special effects and cotton candy are gonna be. Give us a call at (310) 954-1425 or email us to participate as a host or attendee.
The Three T's
As we embark on this crazy journey, we recognize the support of the community is vital to our success. If you feel passionate about bringing great musical theatre to El Segundo, we ask that you consider sharing a "T" with us: time, talent, or treasure. Your volunteer and financial support make it all possible and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We'll send you a love note too. With the stickers and everything...
Thank you guys! And hey, if you haven't already, click here and sign up to be part of the BITP Fan Club. You'll get free stuff. Freeeeee stuuuufff. Until then, onward and upward!
