Our first-ever fundraising gala, "Music By Moonlight," was a huge success! Over 80 people arrived at the Methodist Church to enjoy the festivities. Gourmet food by Ralph Thomas, Chef Hannes, and Cooke's Market was a big hit with the guests and our larger-than-life silent auction drew many bids throughout the evening. The program went off without a hitch! City Councilmen Carl Jacobson and Don Brann were on hand to officially welcome Broadway In The Park to El Segundo. Afterward, talented local performers brought beautiful music to the stage as we presented our vision for the summer's main event.
All in all, our guests had a magical evening and we're happy to announce that we beat our fundraising goal by seven dollars - for a total of $5,007 raised that night!
