Christopher Durang One-Acts at the Morgan-Wixson

"Only a writer of real talent can write an angry play that remains funny and controlled even in its most savage moments. 'Sister Mary Ignatius' confirms that Christopher Durang is just such a writer. The playwright gives us what 'The Actor's Nightmare' promises - a hero who suddenly finds himself on stage in a play he has never rehearsed. The premise lets Mr. Durang show off his gift for theatrical and show-biz satire." -Frank Rick, New York Times

Morgan-Wixson Theatre presents this night of hilarious one-acts, playing through May 29th. Tickets are on sale online and at the box office.

Broadway In The Park Gives Back

community_serviceIt's official folks! Today marks the start of our brand new community service program, "Broadway In The Park Gives Back," where we donate an hour of community service to the South Bay for every ticket sold.

How does it work? When someone buys a ticket to our summer festival, our awesome volunteer crew will donate an hour of service back to a local cause. From reading to seniors to picking up litter on the roadside, it's our way of giving back to the community that supports us. Our goal is to donate 500 hours of service and renew the American spirit of volunteerism.

You can make a difference! There are two easy ways to give back to our South Bay community. Check it out:

Buy a ticket and 'order' an hour of service
Buy Tickets

Volunteer and 'cash in' an hour of service

Tell your friends about Broadway In The Park Gives Back and help us reach 500 hours!
